Easy 7 Ingredient No Butter Cake
Sift together 2 cups plain flour, ½ tsp salt, 3 tsp baking powder
Add I cup sugar and your choice of DryNZ Fruit Granules or Powder:
Peach 3 tbsp / Apple 2 tbsp / Lemon 1 tbsp / Feijoa 3 tbsp
In a jug whisk together:
3 eggs, ½ cup vegetable oil, ¾ cup milk
Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and combine gently
Pour into cake tin or loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes
Ice cake by adding 1 tsp of chosen DryNZ Fruit Granules or Powder to icing of your choice, then sprinkle a little over the iced cake to finish.
