Shipping & Returns
NZ Shipping Cost
Shipping with be calculated at checkout. All products are shipped using CourierPost Non-Signature with Track and Trace.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to 7 working days for NZ delivery.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We offer FREE shipping to 20+ countries around the world. If you can enter your address at checkout, we can ship to you! We'll be sure to send the correct plug type for your country, too.
International Orders
Please email info@drynz.com for a shipping quote.
Shipping Guarantee:
If your order does not arrive within the specified time frame please contact us at info@drynz.com so we can track your item and if it cannot be located a replacement will be provided.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product please notify us immediately at info@drynz.com so we can arrange the correct product to be sent out and provide instructions on returning the incorrect product at our expense.
Products Out of Stock:
If an item ordered from our website becomes out of stock after it has been ordered and paid for we will contact you to arrange a refund or substitute for that item. Refunds will be made back to the account the original payment came from.
Consumer Guarantees Act
To meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), we will replace or substitute any defective or poor-quality product you may receive from us.
